Additional Rs 400/= to take Library facilities.

2. Address Proof (Telephone bill or Electricity bill or Driving Lisence)

3. Valid E-mail.

4. Coloured Passport Photo 2 copies (white back ground)

5. Highest Educational Qualification Certificate.

6. Any present Samsad member as Introdusor, who knows you.
