​56th Annual General Body Meeting of Bangiya Sanskriti Samsad (shall be called BSS hereinafter), 55 Bhosale Nagar, Pune will be held at 19:00 Hours on Sunday, 24-July-2022 at Samsad Bhawan.

As per regulations, AGM notice is circulated to all members by email (as per their registered email id with BSS) and this notice will be displayed at Samsad Bhawan immediately. Also, this notice will be sent by post to BSS members as per their registered postal addresses. 

 AGM 2022 - NOTICE

Notice is hereby given to convene the Annual General Body Meeting of Bangiya Sanskriti Samsad (shall be called BSS hereinafter) for the financial year 2021-22 which is scheduled to be held on Sunday, 24th July 2022 at 19.00 hours. Annual General Body Meeting will be held at Samsad Bhawan, 55 Bhosale Nagar, Pune 411007 to transact and discuss the following agenda items:

1.    To read and approve the minutes of the last Annual General Body meeting held digitally on 19-Sep-2021.
2.    To request the BSS President to present his / her report and share experiences.
3.    To request the BSS General Secretary to present his / her Report and share experiences.
4.    To request BSS Cultural Head to present his / her report
5.    To present and approve the audited accounts of Bangiya Sanskriti Samsad for FY 2021-22 including Puja income-expenditure
6.    To approve Budget for 2021-22 as per statutory norms
7.    To elect new Executive committee of Bangiya Sanskriti Samsad for a period of 3 years (2022-25).
8.    To appoint the statutory auditor for FY 2022-2023.
9.    To discuss any other point with the permission of the Chair.
10.  Vote of thanks to the chair


Members are requested to note that in case of inadequate quorum, the Annual General Body Meeting would be adjourned and would be reconvened after a gap of 15 minutes, even if the required quorum is not present. Therefore, all members are requested to attend the meeting on time.
